Meet the Management Team

Thomas Quednau has over 17 years experience in IT, management, and bringing new technologies to market. In 2000 Thomas founded ConMedias, a consulting organization which specializes in security and governance solutions. Thomas has also worked for a number of large German banks including Bau und Boden Bank, DePfa Bank, Aareal Bank and Dresdner Bank. Thomas gained a Diplom Volkswirt in International Economics from the University of Hamburg.

Joanne Godfrey is responsible for the company’s global marketing strategies and execution. She has over 17 years experience in marketing and a proven track record of defining and building programs that maximize visibility, accelerate revenue and business growth, and support fundraising and/or exit. Prior to joining Nogacom Joanne worked for number of leading high tech companies including Zettapoint where she was VP Marketing, Shunra Software, Precise Software Solutions (acquired by Veritas Software) and Mercury Interactive (acquired by HP). Joanne holds an MA from the University of London, and a BA from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Alexey Kudinov is responsible for research and development of Nogacom’s products. He is an experienced team leader with over 7 years’ experience in software engineering. Prior to Nogacom, Alexey was the senior, lead developer at Team Telecom International (TTI), where he was responsible for the company’s next generation of products. Before TTI, Alexey was a software developer at Intel and Extreme Technologies. Prior to Extreme Technologies Alexey served in the Israeli Defense forces as a group leader in software development. Alexey holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Sciences from Tel Aviv University. 

André van Rhee is responsible for consultancy and professional services at Nogacom. André has over 24 years of International experience in IT systems, databases, development and professional services. He previously worked for ConMedias, a consulting organization which specializes in security and governance solutions. André also worked for Nedlloyd Computer Services, Rijnhaave Automatisering, where he developed one of the first commercial Services Management Systems. André has a Bsc. in System Analysis from the Open University, The Hague, The Netherlands.

Shimrit Gannot is responsible for Nogacom’s operational activities in Israel including customer/supplier relationship management as well as various aspects of the business lifecycle from sales through delivery to support. Prior to Nogacom Shimrit spent over 6 years in New York where she gained experience in marketing, PR and event planning-to-execution.  Shimrit holds a B.S  degree in Advertising and Marketing Communications from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York.
